3. Ownership and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of the prompts you input and the output you generate using the Service (“User-Generated Content”), subject to the license grant below.

4. License to user-generated content

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your User-Generated Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, marketing and advertising. If used in marketing and advertising, your name and any identifying information will not be used.

5. Payment terms (IF APPLICABLE)

• Certain features may be subject to payment. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented at checkout.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for failed or late payments.

6. Service availability and modifications

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in California, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
